Reservations are required. They must be done at least 12 hours in advance. Reservations can also be made on site, subject to availability at the time of request. A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation.
Our therapists are all accredited by a recognized corporation or federation, which gives the right to issue receipts for insurance purposes. Said receipts are issued only for massage therapy services and cannot be issued when payment is made through a gift certificate. All of our therapists and estheticians hold a certificate in their field.
It is important to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time for your appointment in order to complete a health record. In the event of a delay, depending on the occupancy of the day, we may have to shorten the duration of your treatment so as not to accumulate delays for other reservations for the day.

Cancellation received 48 hours in advance: no penalty
Cancellation received between 24 and 48 hours in advance: penalty of 50% of the cost of the reserved treatments
Cancellation received less than 24 hours in advance: you will be billed for all treatments reserved
